MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
All our orders are usually dispatched from our Australian warehouses within 1-2 business. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the live tracking number for peace of mind.
Estimated delivery time frames:
- VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;
- NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;
- QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
Then, when your order is on its way, you’ll receive another email from the courier with your tracking number. Use this tracking link to follow your order's journey.
Keep an eye out for these emails in your inbox (and junk folder too). It can take up to 24-48 hours to receive tracking information.

On our website login on to your account, the status of your order will show under the order history, including the tracking number/s once they are provided by our courier partners; Australia post, aramex (formally Fastway), Allied Express or one of our many Australian couriers.

Payday Deals complies with and provides warranty under the Australian Consumer law. Generally, a 12-month warranty is guaranteed on all products, unless stated otherwise.
Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
Yes, we ship Australia wide to all major cities, and most regional areas. Including, Sydney, Melbourne Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth.

Change of address after order placement: Get in touch via live chat, or email at customercare@paydaydeals.com.au with your order number and change of address request, and we'll happily help you out.
All Payday Deals orders are shipped by local courier operators, from our Melbourne based warehouses or retailer partners located here in Australia.
The majority of our orders are shipped via the following major couriers: Australia Post, Toll, Aramex (formally Fastway) or Allied Express
Whereby the delivery times are quicker, another local courier may be substituted. Courier's website and tracking numbers will be provided once the order has dispatched.
Always use a physical address.
Most orders will require a physical address due to the size of the items purchased.
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. Once shipped you will receive an email with the live tracking number/s.
“In-transit” means that your order has been dispatched and is on the way.
It is normal and that some packages show nothing on the tracking number lookup until they get to the destination post office or postal centre near the delivery point. Please allow 24-48 hours and then track again.
Unfortunately, we are unable to service an international orders outside of Australia, as shipping costs tend to be too high.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
Change of mind returns may be granted depending on the item at a restocking fee to you the buyer. The items must not be opened or used. Immediately contact our customer care team for instructions and eligibility.
7 day change of mind returns
Please choose carefully: Our change of mind return policy is available within the first 7 days of receiving the products. A full refund minus the initial and return shipping costs of the goods may be granted if the product is in the original new condition and in the same packaging.
Mattress returns:
If you purchased a mattress from Payday Deals, you must return it in its original, unopened packaging for a refund or exchange. If the seal is opened we cannot accept a return due to hygiene & health and safety reasons.
'Free shipping' returns:
If the product displays ‘free shipping’ and a change of mind return is required, a full refund will be issued minus the initial and return shipping fee paid by Payday Deals as an incentive on the purchase.

Australian consumer law: In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty, you are covered if the goods (or part of them) arrive defective.
Warranty
Payday Deals generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
You are required to notify Payday Deals within 7 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
Once approved, the refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers. Warranty is non transferrable.

ORDER ISSUES
Once the order is placed we cannot make any changes to it. Including changing delivery address or payment methods.
However, if your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to make changes to it. We need to be quick once you’ve placed your order, to try and catch it before it’s shipped out, so please reach out to our Customer Experience team ASAP and we’ll see what we can do to help you out.

If you’ve only just placed your order and it hasn’t shipped out yet, we may be able to cancel it.
Once your order has been placed we need to know ASAP so we can try and cancel it for you before it's shipped out.
If your order has already shipped out we’re unable to cancel it for you. You can always return your items back to us once they’ve arrived if you no longer want them. Just get in touch with our Customer Experience team via live chat, or email at customercare@paydaydeals.com.au
If your order has already been shipped we’re unable to make any changes as it’s now in the hands of the courier. You need to contact the courier (found on your tracking) and update your address with them.
If your order hasn't shipped yet we may be able to change the shipping address for you. However this is time-sensitive, so please reach out as soon as you realise and we’ll see if we can update it before it's shipped out.

With the influx of packages, many of our courier partners are busier than ever. This can cause delays in orders being delivered or boxes being separated during transit.
In most cases, the outstanding boxes are delivered within 1-3 working days.
