For best results, avoid using a 0.2 mm nozzle with carbon fiber, fiberglass, metal-filled, or other particle-based materials; a 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle is suitable for tested PLA-CF and PETG-CF materials, while a 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle is recommended to reduce clogging and wear with other carbon or glass fiber filaments.
