The fascists only know each other and work together to create distrust and install their cold-blooded leader. The liberals must find and stop the fascists before it is too late. Each round, players choose a president and a chancellor, who together enact laws from a random deck of cards. If the government enacts fascist laws, players must find out if they were betrayed or just unlucky. The fascists also have government powers that come into play as the game progresses. If the liberals cannot save the country from the brink of war, the fascists will use these powers to create chaos.
