Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• Q: Is the tunnel safe for large or overweight cats?
A: Yes, the 26cm diameter opening is specifically designed to comfortably accommodate larger breeds and heavier cats without restriction.
• Q: Can the bed be washed in a washing machine?
A: Hand washing is advised to maintain the plushness and shape. Machine washing may damage the internal wire frame and fabric texture.
• Q: Does the non-slip base work on carpeted floors?
A: The dotted fabric base provides excellent grip on most hard surfaces. On thick-pile carpets, additional anchoring may be needed for maximum stability during play.
• Q: Will my cat be scared of the tunnel at first?
A: Many cats need time to adjust. Placing familiar toys, treats, or catnip inside can help them associate the tunnel with positive experiences.
