Usage
Ideal for school, office, travel, camping, picnics, and outdoor activities. For best insulation, preheat or precool the jar with hot water or ice water for 5–10 minutes before adding food. Hand wash only and do not use in a microwave or dishwasher. Do not fill with carbonated or fermented liquids. When storing hot food, open the lid carefully to help release built-up pressure.
