This kit is designed for those whom do not have easy access between buildings, where running copper may not be beneficial or too costly over a long distance.

In some situations it may be difficult to get the perfect network setup due to signal locations being distanced from dwellings or existing infrastructure is not able to handle newer technologies

This kit consists of:

pre-terminated fibre optic cable in a rugged outdoor gel filled sheath. crush resistant and water blocked with connectors on both ends. This cable will easily fit through standard 25mm conduit or can be direct buried for installation into the ground

2 media converters, which operate on 7.5v DC power (ac adaptors included). These will convert the fibre optic signal to a standard copper connection to connect to routers and modems, pc's etc
