Shonky retailer - sent wrong product and refused to collect it

From the start we knew we were dealing with a shonky retailer. We asked when i product would be delivered and received a pro forma email without specific information on our order. We sent a second email and was sent a tracking link with no information. We kept asking, we kept asking, we kept asking. 3 weeks later ( customers are supposed be informed in 48hours according to their original email) we were advised the product would be delivered. Unsurprisingly the driver did not call us to advise that he was in the area, he left the package out front of our building where it could be stolen by any of the other 200 residents. The real reason the delivery driver left the delivery? It was the wrong product & he knew it. Promised updates, never came. Requests for a refund were not answered. I work for Channel 9. We are now seeking other poor customer experiences so we can feature on A Current Affair.
