Faulty mattress 28cm was only 24cm

Well we had ordered a super firm 28cm height mattress, but it was only 24cm height mattress. Then I called up the website and they were quite prompt to answer and deal with the problem, but the dealer/manufacturers were taking time after time and weren’t getting on with the query. I am still waiting for the right mattress... it’s been almost two weeks since I complained and been about three weeks since we ordered. Didnt know I will still be sleeping on my old mattress, despite paying for the new one !!!!
