Anecdotally said to aid with muscle cramps and abdominal pain, headaches, menstrual and menopausal symptoms, bruises, gastrointestinal disorders, indigestion, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulosis, insomnia, stress and anxiety. An excellent oil for focus and concentration as well as massage for body aches. Blend well with with Citrus, Frankincense, Basil, Tea Tree, Wintergreen and Eucalyptus oils. \n \nPure essential oils are highly concentrated liquid extracts from plants.
