Don’t worry, the zips on your beanbag aren’t broken. For child safety reasons, the outside zipper pull has been intentionally removed before shipment. We recommend using equal parts foam and beans as the foam is quiet and soft, while the beans give some structure, and the foam also helps to preserve the beans.
